How long will it take for the typical service such as Virus scans, and removals?
It all depends on the situation, but this process normally takes about two hours.
Will my computer need to be left with you?
It depends, some issues can be worked on by holding a remote session with the affected computer, but there are times when you will need to leave your computer with us for diagnosis and repair.
